Vibe Node Ltd respects your privacy. This policy covers our apps, including Learn Liquid Glass for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, Roulette Play for iPhone and iPad, and the VibeNode website at vibenode.co.uk.

Our apps do not use tracking, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, third-party tracking SDKs, or third-party advertising networks. We do not collect personal data from the apps.

Our apps may store progress, bookmarks, settings, game state, play chip balance, a record of which purchases have been added, and theme preferences locally on your device using Apple system storage such as SwiftData and UserDefaults. This local app data is not sent to Vibe Node Ltd.

Roulette Play is simulated roulette for entertainment and uses play chips only. It offers optional play-chip packs as in-app purchases, processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details. Play chips have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, redeemed for prizes, or used for real-money gambling, and purchases never change the odds of any spin.

Roulette Play offers optional sign-in with Apple Game Center. Game Center is provided by Apple and covered by Apple’s privacy policy. Roulette Play does not store, collect, or share your Game Center name, identifier, or friends, and the game works the same if you are not signed in.

Liquid AI features, when available, use on-device Apple Intelligence and Foundation Models. Code snippets and natural language prompts are processed on your device and are not sent to Vibe Node Ltd servers or external AI providers by Learn Liquid Glass.

The VibeNode website may process information you submit directly, such as support emails, and stores cookie consent preferences. We use this information only to respond to your request, maintain the website, and meet legal obligations.
